PMI Gulf Coast was founded by David Garafola. Dave has a Master’s in Business Administration and has provided senior leadership in the areas of real estate development, acquisition, leasing and asset management that spans over 23 States across the domestic United States as well as 8 foreign countries. His expertise includes an asset management portfolio reaching approximately $950 million. Over the past 20 years, he has been responsible for the many owner-tenant relationships in over a dozen cities across the state of Florida. Dave has now focused his experience and expertise in the Southwest Florida area of Naples and takes pride in his personal approach toward vacation ownership and management. His passion has been driven by his success toward “making a positive difference in people’s lives.”
In addition to his dedication to achieve the best vacation property management company in Southwest Florida, Dave is active in his church and numerous community activities. He is also the proud father of two daughters that have master’s degrees from the University of Southern California and the University of Maryland.
